Projection mapping turns a surface into a screen - a building facade, an ice sheet, a curved ceiling, an object. Dangers designs the system and creates the content for it, mapped to the area it's projected on. Banners
Our banner projection system is the most economical way to fill an arena with projection. The banners use a specialized fire-resistant fabric and the image reads at full strength from both sides, so the whole building sees the same show. Available in 30 and 45-foot spans, in scoreboard triples and corner quads.
Kabuki
A screen that appears out of nowhere, plays, then disappears. The Kabuki drops in two stages: the first releases the screen for projection, the second drops it to the floor once the moment is over, clearing the space in seconds. Rigged for wherever the reveal needs to happen.
Architectural Projection
Buildings weren't designed to be projected on. Stone, glass and steel handle light differently, facades have depth that flat video ignores, and the projectors go where the site allows. We survey the building, model its geometry, and design the system and content around what's there. Dangers has been the projection partner on Jenny Holzer installations since 2013, at the Rockefeller Center, the Guggenheim in New York and Bilbao, Kunstmuseum Basel, Blenheim Palace, alongside facade work in Montréal, Vancouver 2010 and the Napa Lighted Art Festival.
Scenic Projection
Transform backdrops, stage sets and scenic surfaces into dynamic visual environments. From media days and photo shoots to live events and brand activations, scenic projection brings backgrounds to life with customizable imagery, textures and motion—creating flexible, high-impact settings that can change instantly to suit the moment.
Ice & Court Projection
Where the whole playing surface becomes the screen. Ice or hardwood, mapped and projected on at full scale for pregame, player introductions and intermission. These are the effects fans remember, whether it's from the seats in the arena or their couch at home. The content is built for the surface itself: ice and court reflect and absorb light differently from any screen. Dangers has delivered ice and court projection for 30+ NHL and NBA teams since 2008.
